2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed except that there has been recovery of amount of Rs. 21,265/- from the gratuity of the petitioner which has been arbitrary and illegally recovered. Although, there is no prayer in the writ application regarding the same.
3. This writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority (respondent no. 5), i.e. The Superintendent, Government Printing Press,
Patna High Court CWJC No.3299 of 2017(8) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 Gulzar Bagh, Patna-7, and if the petitioner files a representation before the respondent no. 5 within one month from the date of passing of this order, respondent no. 5 shall consider the same in light of the judgment passed in the case of Civil Appeal No. 7115 of 2010 dated 02.05.2022 (Thomas Daniel vs. State of Kerela & Ors.) after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
4. This writ petition is disposed off with aforesaid direction.
