The opposite Party no.2 was issued notice by order dated 20.09.2018 whereafter the opposite party no.2 has appeared through his counsel and has submitted that the matter has been amicably settled, hence, he is not pressing for rejection of the present petition for grant of regular bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 20.9.2018, passed in the present case, whereby and whereunder provisional bail was granted to the petitioner by this Court in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018, pending before the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, is made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
