This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arise out of Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 399, 402 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) A, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

It has been submitted by learned APP that the petitioner is accused in four cases apart from of the present case in which he has sought bail.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
