Case No.483 of 2012 referable to Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code was registered. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.768 of 2013 in the court of the Sessions Judge, Aurangabad. The same was dismissed on 27.8.2013. Hence, this application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This Court passed an interim order on 10.1.2014 granting anticipatory bail provisionally to the petitioner. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38461 of 2013 (3) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 the petitioner, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 10.1.2014, shall be treated as anticipatory bail on regular basis and the petition is closed.
