ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2019 in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No.411 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that actually the girl is not a minor and is 19 years of age. Furthermore, she has clearly stated in her statement made before the Magistrate under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she had fled away on her own sweet-will and is a married lady.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
