This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arise out of Bidupur P.S. Case No. 543 of 2021, registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

It seems that the petitioner is a professional criminal and has aided the main accused, Nagmani, who tried to capture the land, in question belonging to the informant. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Nagmani has land dispute with the informant but,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72213 of 2022(2) dt.04-03-2023 2/2 no document regarding pending land dispute has been brought on record by the petitioner. Though, some co-accused have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court but none of them has eight criminal cases against them. They do not seem to be professional criminals.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected with a direction to the District Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur to transfer all the cases pending against the petitioner in one court having jurisdiction over the cases and get the trial of the aforesaid cases expedited.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
