2. The petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " (i) For issuance of writ of certiorari of quashing the part of the order dated 19.05.2022 passed by the Chairman, Bihar State Religious Trust Board, Patna alongwith one of its' Member by which they have been pleased to hold that till the constitution of new trust Committee of the Makandpur, Thakurwari, P.S.-Nathnagar, District-Bhagalpur earlier

Patna High Court CWJC No.1762 of 2023(3) dt.25-02-2025 2/3 committee will work which in conravention of the order dated 21.08.2015 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ravi Ranjan in CWJC No. 16361 of 2003 by which His Lordship had been pleased to declared that the earlier committee is held to be not in existence, (ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to pass an order that the S.D.O, Bhagalpur will look the all work of the aforesaid Thakurwari on its'

own level till the constitution of new trust committee of Makandpur Thakurwari P.S.

Nathnagar, District-Bhagalpur.

(iii) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to take immediate all steps for constitution of the new trust committee of Makandpur Thakurwari, P.S.-Nathnagar, District-Bhagalpur.

(iv) For issuance of such other appropriate writ or order or direction which

3. In this case on 23.07.2024, two weeks peremptory time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defect(s).

4. As it was a peremptory order and was not complied with, it stands dismissed on 06.08.2024.
