The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bachwara P.S. Case No.336 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the petitioner and other co-accused persons took away the informant's pick up van along with 132 bags of DTDC courier company.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no recovery of stolen articles from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused only on the

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
