2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 that the parties have settled their dispute and the O.P. No. 2 is now living with her husband Chandan Kumar Deep. The O.P. No. 2 has also filed a compromise petition in the court below.
3. It has further been submitted by the parties that they do not want to continue with the criminal case.
