This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the concerned respondents particularly the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Gaya for expeditious disposal of the cases of the petitioners referred by the Sub Judge-I, Aurangabad in L.A. Case No. 79 of 1990 to L.A. No. 107 of 1990 for adjudication on the point of quantum of compensation under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2013.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have filed applications before the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Gaya since 2018 and till date, no order has been passed.
4. In view of limited prayer made on behalf of petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Gaya / Respondent No. 4 to dispose of such applications, which are said to have been filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
5. With aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands
