1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 11960(C) of 2023 whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned Trial Court under Section 354 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code. It is next submitted that further proceedings in Complaint Case No. 11960 (C) of 2023 has been stayed by this Court by an order dated 30.09.2024 in Criminal Miscellaneous
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76722 of 2024(3) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 No. 70875 of 2024, it is thus submitted that petitioner, for the present, does not have any apprehension of arrest, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to file afresh, if need arises.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
