2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 124(1), 109, 85 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The petitioners are accused of torturing and assaulting the informant. They are brother-in-law and mother-inlaw of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in jail since 10.08.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran/ concerned Court in connection with Srinagar P.S.
