The petitioners apprehends their arrest in Chand P.S. Case No. 180 of 2016 instituted for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 506,34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged on behalf of the petitioners that an altercation has taken place on account of land dispute. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are brothers of the informant and petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are nephews of the informant. From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against all these petitioners. It is also apparent from the written report that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11650 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 altercation has taken place on account of land dispute. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 180 of 2016, G.R. No. 2843 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
