2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 427, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against these petitioners is that, with a view to grab the property of the informant, they damaged the shop of the informant, and on protest from the informant side, all the accused persons

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both the parties are agnates and due to land dispute between them they have been made accused in this case . This case is the counter blast of town P . S. Case No. 451 of 2023 which was lodged by petitioner No. 1 against the sons of the informants. It is further submitted that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons so far as these petitioners are concerned there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Gopalganj in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68534 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 3/3 Gopalganj town P.S. Case No. 452 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
