1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case no.272 of 2025 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109(1), 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the three named accused persons including the petitioner herein along with 4-5 unknown accused persons are said to have snatched Rs.1500/- from the pocket of the informant and the petitioner is said to have assaulted him with the butt of a gun on his head causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 65212 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 antecedents. No such occurrence as alleged has taken place. In any case of the matter the so called injury has been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the contents of the injury report which has transpired in paragraph no.59 of the case diary and which finds mention in the order of the learned Court below and the injury having been found to be simple in nature, in the facts of the case it is directed that the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case no.272 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul.
