2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302, 201/34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of sister-in-law (Nanad) of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner 15 years ago. The petitioner and his family members subjected the victim to cruelty and they killed her by administering poisonous substances to her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. She

No.68578 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 has submitted further that admittedly the marriage was solemnized 15 years prior to the occurrence, as such, there is no reason for commission of murder of the deceased. As a matter of fact, she herself consumed poisonous substance and died. The petitioner is under custody since 07.08.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The petitioner shall remain present physically on each and every date before the court below till framing of the charges.
