The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah(M) Manuapool P.S.Case No. 293 of 2018, registered under Sections 399, 402 of the IPC and 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and no any arms and cartridge have been recovered from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57482 of 2018(3) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 11.06.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Rajan Mishra, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah(M) Manupool P.S.Case No. 293 of 2018.
