The petitioners seek bail in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 94 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For a petty dispute, there was fight between the parties and the injured has sustained injury on his nose. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 21.08.2023 and has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66850 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 regular bail is allowed.
