Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 43 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 5, 7, 1`0 and 13 of the Bihar Chiran Act and Sections 33B, 41 and 42 of the Forest Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From perusal of the seizure list itself, it appears that neither any wood nor any apparatus for cutting wood was seized. Petitioner is neither the owner of the mill nor the owner of the land on which the mill stands. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
