JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the complainantopposite party no.2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 72 of 2018 registered under Sections 323 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 20.11.2019, the matter was sent to the Reconciliation and Mediation Centre, Patna High Court for settlement of dispute between the parties. A report of the learned Mediator dated 26.02.2020 has been received wherein it is stated that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation.

No.59926 of 2019(4) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2 also submits that now good feelings have been restored between the parties and the complainant is living with her husband. In that view of the matter, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 72 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
