2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 287 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 5,50,000/- of the informant in the guise of police personal. Subsequently, the police has arrested the criminals including the petitioner and Rs. 32 lakhs has been recovered from the accused persons and Rs. 4,50,000/- has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the materials available against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68220 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
