2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant runs a CSP Centre. On the date of occurrence, the informant was carrying Rs. 99,300/-, as he reached near Deora, four persons on two bikes surrounded him and on the point of pistol, snatched the bag and mobile. The case was lodged against unknown miscreants.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that the name of this petitioner has surfaced on the basis of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68442 of 2024(3) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 confessional statement in another case. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 25.08.2020.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of seven cases where he is on bail in all those cases.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, Bihar.
