2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachmahla P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner alongwith the other co-accused persons abused and assaulted the informant alongwith Satyam Kumar and Shivam Kumar, due to which, they became unconscious. The villagers took them to the hospital. It is further alleged that in the past also, they were abused by the accused persons while walking on the way.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the injuries received by the informant and others are simple in nature. It is further submitted that the father of the informant has captured forcibly the 'Kisan Bhawan' for the year. The petitioner was dropping water in the campus of the said 'Kisan Bhawan' in which reconstruction and repairing work were going on. It is further submitted that the informant alongwith the other co-accused have also brutally assaulted the petitioner and his head was seriously injured then the petitioner has also filed a case against the informant and other accused persons. There is a case and counter case between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. He is in custody in this case since 12.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of
