Petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati P.S. Case No.424 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing fire arm injury in the leg of the informant. The Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that injury has been found to be simple in nature.

In the case diary, injury report is available. The Doctor has opined the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2017.
