2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issued raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the order dated 28.08.2024 of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.17258 of 2014.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.6 along with all supporting documents and the order aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.15315 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that respondent no.6 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
