2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 114 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 08© and 21(b) of NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 50.63 grams smack was recovered from possession of the petitioners.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2025.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the quantity of recovery and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the above named, petitioners are directed to be

No.64115 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, NDPS, Katihar/ concerned court below in Korha P.S.Case No. 114 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Korha Police Station ( Katihar) on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
