2. The petitioner in this writ petition seeks quashing of order dated 27.05.2019 as contained in memo no.164 by which the PDS shop licence of the petitioner has been cancelled. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition since there is a statutory provision of appeal.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the statutory authority within one month from the date of receipt of this order and on such the statutory authority shall dispose of the appeal of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19651 of 2019(2) dt.05-12-2020 2/2 the petitioner within two months from the date of filing of such appeal with a reasoned order.
