2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fraudulently received the benefit of Indira Awas Yojana.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has produced Voter ID, Ration Car, Aadhaar Card and other documents as required by the authorities and after due verification of the documents Indira Awas was allotted to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the alleged occurrence took place in the year 2015-16 but F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P. S. Case No. 398 of 2019 G.R. No. 3423 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
