The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.46 of 2018, G.R. No.256 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is committing loot of the bank cash van and petitioner is not named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that has been made accused on the basis of confession and there is nothing against him and he is in custody since 25.06.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that petitioner is accused in two other criminal cases also as is evident from para 3 of the case diary.
