JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Counsel for the petitioners submits that since the order dated 18.8.2016 restricts consideration by the authorities strictly to Rule 153 of the Bihar Education Code, the same should be modified so as to widen the scope of consideration by the authorities.

The prayer made by the petitioners is not such that can be considered in a modification petition. Even otherwise, this Court does not find any such strict restriction as submitted by petitioners' Counsel.
