This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Motipur P.S. Case No.116 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 420, 376, 379, 504, 506/120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon the victim and making video of the same. 4.

Considering the seriousness of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
