From perusal of the letter it appears that case has not been disposed off. The court below has made prayer for extension of time by one year.

This Court is of the view that court below is totally careless in complying the order of this Court. This Court disapprove such attitude of the Trial Court.

The trial court is directed to dispose of the case of Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 (N.D.P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014) within six months from the date of receipt of this order by fixing the case either on day-to-day basis or giving short adjournment in the case.

No further order is required to be passed.
