JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sugauli P. S. Case No. 218 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273 of IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Police on information raided the orchard and recovered 15 liters of country made liquor and the villagers have disclosed the name of the petitioners and other accused persons. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no source of information mentioned in the F.I.R. They have falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
