2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 150 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Recovery is of 90 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2023 and has two criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69401 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd Cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 150 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Khajauli Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
