1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed for following reliefs :- "1.That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) for the following reliefs:- i. For setting aside the proposal No. 2 Dated 29.06.2022 held under the chairmanship of respondent no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17386 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/3 8 of Prakhand Shikshak Niyojan Ekai, Barsoi DistrictKatihar by which the decision has been taken to continue/maintain the termination order dated 22.07.2015 passed by respondent no. 6, The Block Education Officer, Barsoi, District-Katihar.

ii. For directing the respondents to comply the order dated 23.09.2021 passed by State Appellate Authority in Appeal case No. 329/2019, wherein setting aside the termination order dated 22.07.2015, it was further directed that, petitioner shall be reinstated in service. iii. For directing the respondents to dispose off the various representation filed by the petitioner in her favour forthwith in compliance of the order dated 23.09.2021, passed in Appeal case No. 329/2019. iv. For directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join on the post of Prakhand Teacher, Uttakramit Madhya Vidyalaya, Barsoi, District-Katihar with all consequential benefits such as arrear salary since the date of termination till the datae of joining. v. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner be found entitled in the eye of law."

2. Considering it that this matter is covered by the Judgment dated 23.02.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and connected matters reported in 2022 (2) B.L.J. 381, 2022 (2)

Patna High Court CWJC No.17386 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 3/3 P.L.J.R. 80 and the Judgment dated 07.03.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 34 of 2022 (Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi & Anr. Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), this petition is disposed of with the above terms.

3. If an appeal is preferred before the District Appellate Authority/State Appellate Authority, the same shall be taken up at the earliest and preferably decided within a period of six months.
