2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 608 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 132 and 352 of the BNS.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner along with others is of obstructing in the government work.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather he has been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69141 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 this case on the basis of suspicion. It is next submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 608 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Arish/- U T
