Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of representation dated 23.07.2025 addressed to the respondent No. 2 herein (i.e., the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar). The present writ petition is disposed of directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15085 of 2025(2) dt.13-01-2026 2/2 respondent No. 2 to consider the same and take necessary actions strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavor to redress the grievance of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case the authority seeks any clarification from the petitioner, he shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of clarifying the same. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
