The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is clerical typographical error in the Name of the Father of the petitioner in the original certificate of Bihar Elementary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Test, 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the father of the petitioner is 'Prabhunath Singh' whereas in the certificate it has been wrongly mentioned as 'Prabhunath Prasad'.

Considering the aforesaid clerical error in the original certificate, the present writ application is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.19537 of 2019(2) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to carry necessary correction in the original certificate and rectify the mistake by inserting the name of the father of the petitioner as 'Prabhunath Singh' in place of 'Prabhunath Prasad', at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
