The petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking direction to the respondents to pay salary of January and February, 2004 as well as the amount under the head of gratuity and provident fund with interest.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed representation before the District Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Munger but there is no response on his representation.

In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off directing the respondent no. 2 to dispose off the representation of petitioner within 4 weeks from the date of receiving of the order along with a fresh representation.
