The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lehariasarai P.S. Case No.353/16 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on 24.7.2016 minor daughter of the informant, Sonower Praveen was found missing. In course of search the informant came to know from villagers that this petitioner enticed away his minor daughter for the purpose of marriage.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that daughter of the informant is major and she left her parental house for marriage with the petitioner. But under pressure she gave her
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12797 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. for her kidnapping by the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
