The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners happen to be relative of the husband of the deceased and they are living separately since 10 years. These petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence and they are rotting in judicial custody since 17.06.2019.

Case No. 335 of 2019.
