Petitioner is accused in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.01.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,
