Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioners and the petitioners were never put on T.I.Parade.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60921 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No.198 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
