This application is filed for quashing of the order dated 01.06.2015 passed by the learned Sub Division Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Uphara P.S. Case No. 02/2012 whereby and whereunder the cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under section 147, 148, 323, 354 and 319 of the Indian Penal Code.

After investigation, final form has been submitted and the cognizance has been taken after differing with the final
