Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30428 of 2022. In compliance of order dt. 13.10.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag'A'.

The report of learned 4th Addl. Distt and Sessions Judge--cum- Spl. Judge, Excise Act, Biharsharif, Nalanda dt. 1.11.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded within four months.

In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.
