For issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to ensure payment of admitted dues of the petitioner for Rs. 1,23,112/- + 2,28,185/- for which two Cheques bearing Cheque No. 908780 & 908781 were issued by the Executive Engineer and Accountant Rural

Patna High Court CWJC No.16341 of 2022(3) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 Works Department, Work Division, Kishanganj but because of certain technicalities in between the said Executive Engineer and Nodal Officer, PMGSY Bihar Rural Road Development Agency, Patna, the cheque could not cleared and consequently the validity of the cheque expired for no fault on the part of the petitioner. ii. That the petitioner further prays that the respondents authorities be held liable to pay 18% interest on the aforementioned admitted dues, for which the cheque was admittedly issued, but because of dispute between two officer, the cheque could not be cleared. iii. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner may be deemed entitled to."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
