JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the Circle Officer, Karhagar, Sasaram (Rohtas), for the purposes of removal of encroachment over the public land, by filing an application/ complaint, under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
