2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for that the concerned respondents may be directed to pay the compensation amount of acquired land of the petitioner in 1962 through Land Acquisition Case No. 31/1962-63. (ii) for that the compensation amount of the acquired land of the petitioner may be

Patna High Court CWJC No.4122 of 2017(3) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 paid to the petitioner at the present rate with interest related to Mouza-Saurh, Thana No. 347, Khesra No. 2583, 2582, Rakwa-0.04 acre + 0.17 acre = 0.21 acres.

(iii) for that any other relief/reliefs may also be provided to the petitioner if he deserves the same."

3. In Acquisition Proceeding No. 31 of 1962-63, the petitioner in the year 2017 decided to agitate the matter.

4. After some arguments, the submission is that he shall be approaching the District Land Acquisition Officer, Khagaria, respondent no. 6 for the redressal of the grievance showing his bonafide/documents to lay claim.

5. Learned State counsel has no objection to that.

6. In that background, granting liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.
