The petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. The informant is also ready to reside with the petitioner as wife, provided he keeps her with full dignity and honour.

The petitioner is directed to file an affidavit before learned Court below to the effect that the informant is residing with him as wife with full dignity and honour and in future also, the petitioner will keep his wife with full dignity and honour.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65398 of 2022(4) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 On filing such an affidavit before learned Court below, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order 14.12.2022 will be confirmed by the learned Court below.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed off.
