The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali ( Belsar O.P.) P. S. Case No. 218 of 2011, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is a lady. She has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion.
It is alleged that one dead body of the girl was found lying in the pond. Information was given to the Chowkidar. Later on, Chowkidar learnt that the aforesaid dead body of the girl is of the daughter of this petitioner. It is further alleged in the written report that husband of this petitioner used to scold his daughter and the deceased has given some reply to husband of this petitioner and out of anger this petitioner has committed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58952 of 2018(3) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 murder of her daughter.
Informant has merely raised suspicion against this petitioner. Petitioner is a lady.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Vaishali ( Belsar O.P.) P. S. Case No. 218 of 2011 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
